1 The buried trench for pipelines should be as straight as possible according to design requirements and construction operations. If the bottom of the trench is uneven, a layer of fine sand can be spread. Before burying the pipe, hard objects in the trench should be removed to prevent pipe deformation. When starting to bury the pipe, 10-15CM of porous pipe should be reserved in the manhole for cable threading. The sub-pipe exposed at the end of the manhole should be blocked. When burying the pipe, it is strictly forbidden to mix sediment and foreign matter into the pipe.
2. Pipe connection: Place the pipe-like positioning ribs upward, clean the outer wall of the end pipe, insert the socket directly at one end, place a thick wooden board on the end surface, and tap the board with a hammer head to make the pipe socket in place. At the other end of the direct socket, insert another pipe directly and socket it in place, and then extend it to the next person’s well. In actual construction, the length of each pipe may not be the same as the length between manholes. In this case, measure the length of the pipes based on the actual length of the manhole and cut it with a hacksaw. It must be sawed flat and neatly. After the docking is completed, the end that extends into the manhole must be plugged with a pipe plug to prevent the intrusion of foreign matter.
3. For those who are installing and using this product for the first time, please do not backfill the soil when laying the first section (the distance between two manholes). Use a cable threader to try through one or two holes. After it goes in smoothly, you can then lay the lower section, which will make you feel more confident. 4. After the pipe is laid, it should be backfilled with fine sand or fine soil to the height of the pipe. Do not leave the pipe in a suspended state, and then backfill with other soil. It is forbidden to smash large rocks or large dry soil against the pipe. 5> When the pipeline passes through a section that is seriously damaged by external forces, the connecting hole should be covered with cement concrete to ensure its absolute safety.
